We have been using ShipBob for over 3 years now as our 3PL. The integration to Shopify is super user friendly and their customer service/support is very helpful. Highly Recommended.
Fantastic onboarding and customer support. Lacey was absolutely amazing to work with and greatly helped us navigate the transition as we had some complex logistics issues internally. By far the most fair pricing I found after getting quotes from all the other top 3PL companies.
Shipbob has been great to work with. Easy integration and thorough training and set up. They have helped us worth though any issues we had and have extremely responsive support.
Installation was a breeze, order ingestion lightning-fast, and tracking updates impressively swift. Their value-add features, including inventory sync and customizable rules, have significantly streamlined our workflow. However, what truly sets ShipBob apart is their exceptional technical support team, with a special shoutout to Ankit Srivastava and Chetan Mehrotra. These dedicated individuals have gone above and beyond, consistently providing us with invaluable assistance and support. They've been there for us every step of the way, even scheduling daily Zoom meetings to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
I would say we had a rough onboarding process at the start, but it was quickly remedied by the staff at shipbob. Working with their team helped to smoothly transition us onto their site. Everything was thoroughly explained and they were typically pretty able to provide information and assist where they can. I had amazing service from Bailey, Brendan, and Aravanthin. Would definitely recommend using as a fulfillment service.
ShipBob has been working great for us. Great response time if there is an issue. Our Rep (Samantha D.) gives us the best service and is always on the lookout to make sure things are running smoothly.
We have been using ShipBob now for over 12 months and the most impressive thing has been how well it integrates with Shopify and Gorgias making both the processing of orders and handling of customer support inquiries and returns extremely easy saving us considerable amounts of time. Recently we also started selling on Amazon and the process of integrating with Amazon FBA and replenishment of inventory is also very simple and automated. If we ever had any questions or concerns about our implementation or process Ankit has been very efficient and responsive in helping us with any of our questions.
We have been using Shipbob in our US operations for over a year now and we recently made the decision to move the rest of our global fulfilment operations over to them too as we were so impressed with the service. Shipbob was very easy to install and has been a speedy and reliable way for us to process orders for our customers across the globe. The tracking and reporting on the order process gives me everything I need to check on each individual customer order and I am looking forward to making use of the custom features like processing delay and gift notes in future. The customer service so far has been very prompt and helpful - the team are very kind, friendly and always happy to help. I thoroughly recommend moving over to Shipbob for your fulfilment needs.
We are very happy with ShipBob FulFillment app and highly recommend ShipBob as a warehouse partner! The Fulfillment app is easy to install, very fast and reliable order ingestion and has many value-add features like inventory-sync, order processing delay, etc. Technical support is also a 10/10.
