Shipbob integrates well with Shopify. We've had very few issues. For the small issues we have had, Shipbob's customer support team has always been responsive and helpful. With Shipbob, we've been able to provide faster shipping to our customers.

We have been using Shipbob in our US operations for over a year now and we recently made the decision to move the rest of our global fulfilment operations over to them too as we were so impressed with the service. Shipbob was very easy to install and has been a speedy and reliable way for us to process orders for our customers across the globe. The tracking and reporting on the order process gives me everything I need to check on each individual customer order and I am looking forward to making use of the custom features like processing delay and gift notes in future. This is a lot more than an app! Automates your whole fulfillment. Everyone at the company is super friendly, their software it's easy to use and their prices are great. I really recommend them. They also just raised a bunch of money so things should get even better!

I must say that I had my doubts, but I was pleasantly surprised to see how efficient this integration is! No problem to report so far, I am very satisfied.

My orders are totally automatic. Everytime I get a new order on my Shopify website the order is automatically fulfilled. Customer service on ShipBob is solid too. I don't have to wade through the endless amounts of complex, confusing steps and flaky cryptic customer service like with Amazon! I'm so relieved I don't have to have store my products and ship them out manually. Plus, when I do get an order from a customer on Amazon FBM (fulfillment by merchant) I have ShipBob do the fulfillment as well. Your customer, most likely, wont receive your product as quickly as Amazon, but it's really nice having my products with ShipBob where I can easily access it and be able to have a ShipBob rep help with all things fulfillment.

We've been using ShipBob as our USA 3PL for around 8 months and they've been awesome. Looking to expand into Canada using their services as well. Our customer success manager, Chetan has been invaluable. The app itself is very intuitive and if there is ever an issue, it's easy to get in touch with support to sort things out for you.
