Amazing experience! Detailed onboarding, fallowing every step of the process - from integration to going over every step on the dashboard. Support is great as well. People are always there to help you and answer your question. Certainly the best 3PL solution on the market.

Terrible service and support. Your business is at risk using this provider. We got overcharged, they refused to refund monies owed when we try to close the account and account management will keep pushing you to support where you will get lost in their system. They also very inefficient and you will get charged an arm and leg for their inefficient practices. Overall a scam company and AVOID
Shipbob - Poor, literally the WORST company. Horrific experience using Shipbob. We incurred losses because of them (they auto-synced and shipped off many of our previously archived orders and wont pay us damages). This app cannot tell if the order has been archived by shopify months ago they just blindly process and have zero control of what they're doing. Their customer service is unfriendly and rude, they only take calls after 11:00AM and they don't have emergency support where you can reach them to get urgent help. Email responses are evasive, vague and confusing. Emails are not prompt - seemingly their support staff works from a different Non US country hence the lengthy time delay. Worst of all - they never resolve the issue only talk in circles and keep evading you and don't take any responsibility.
I would say we had a rough onboarding process at the start, but it was quickly remedied by the staff at shipbob. Working with their team helped to smoothly transition us onto their site. Everything was thoroughly explained and they were typically pretty able to provide information and assist where they can. I had amazing service from Bailey, Brendan, and Aravanthin. Would definitely recommend using as a fulfillment service.
From start to finish, I have been supported and was guided through the entire process with Shipbob and Shopify integration by Ankit Gupta. All my questions were answered without hesitation and with honesty.
I am still new to the new ShipBob fulfillment experience, I am told things will pick up once I am more acclimated. So we are optimistic that is true

Scaling your business with a solid fulfillment partner can be a much easier task. ShipBob has reliable customer support and a willingness to solve issues and complex matters; it can be a bumpy ride initially, but the earlier you start the cooperation, the easier it will be when you scale. The easiness of managing shipments beyond your domestic market is also a big plus, and ShipBob covers most of the e-commerce needs. The integration with various services is also a plus. Overall, highly recommended.

Shipbob is solid, it handles all of our fulfillment and it works as advertised. Easy to install, good functionality.
We are very happy with ShipBob FulFillment app and highly recommend ShipBob as a warehouse partner! The Fulfillment app is easy to install, very fast and reliable order ingestion and has many value-add features like inventory-sync, order processing delay, etc. Technical support is also a 10/10.
ShipBob is easy to set up, orders are fulfilled promptly and by the most economical shipping carrier.
Leveraging their network of warehouses throughout the USA was straightforward and led to significant cost savings for us and reduced shipping times for our customers.
Their customer support is also excellent and there is always someone available to talk to if you have an issue.
Overall, ShipBob is an great option for small businesses looking to save on their shipping costs while reducing shipping transit times.
Love to hear this from an Aussie brand! We are relatively new to that market but have huge plans there, and for helping more AU brands expand to North America + Europe.

Great integration overall! I needed some assistance from support with both ShipBob and Shopify in order to get everything working, but I was also a bit of an edge use case in my needs. Once set up, it's been a breeze to use overall.
RUN! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN! I really do feel bad for you if you have already signed a contract with shipbob, this is the worst fulfillment center you will ever find. Hopefully you can find a way out before it's too late. I will say the company was not always this bad. 2 years ago Shipbob was smaller and they actually did a ton to care for their customers and they took pride in doing good work. Come to present day and they have been sitting on a container of our product for 6 days now and still haven't even stored it let alone shipped. We are literally begging for an update and all they do is send us links to their SLA. We get it, however, our agent promised us this was priority and turns out that was NOT the case. I guess this is what happens when you put profits over customer experience. Plus, its not just us look at all of the most recent reviews. To make matter worse their shipping rates are extremely expensive and they constantly lose product. NO JOKE, this year they lost an entire skew of ours and we had to tell our most important customer than none of his 17 clubs would get the product. He was blown away that a center could be so careless and he laughed at us when we said we used shipbob. He called them the " NIGHTMARE OF FULFILLMENT CENTERS" lol In closing I am writing this to all of the entrepreneurs out there considering shipbob as a partner. You have worked your butt off to get where you are, poured your heart into your brand, don't make the mistake of going with a company that will destroy your brand image. Go find a partner that will help your hard work pay off.
Hi Terra-Core team -- Thank you for the feedback, and I'm sorry this has been a frustrating experience. I did some investigation and found that the main reason for the extra 48 hour SLA policy is that you are sending Floor Loaded Containers, which take a bit more time and a lot more labor to unpack. If you were to send palletized containers, there would be no additional time required to unpack.
I know your products are large, so that may not be an option, but I'm sure there are ways to mitigate the impact of this. I've already pulled in Chetan, your dedicated account manager, to help figure out if we can accelerate any of the SLAs as a gesture of good faith.

If Zero starts was possible i will give it. Unless you are interested in ruining your business i will deeply suggest that you don't use shipbob. I read all the bad reviews online and still ignored it. Please don't be like me. Shipbob as completely ruined my business and left me with a chain of angry customers. For a whole month, all my international orders where shipped and automatically returned to sender. This is terrible because international shipping with shipbob costs a fortune. How can a business survive this. Let me explain how terrible this is. i spend $20 plus on ship an order that cost $60 including shipping fee. Shipbob ships the item unsuccessfully and then charge me $20 to return the item and now wants to charge me another $20 to reship the item. So basically i have lost $60 for every international order i got. That almost a $6000 dollar loss because this happened with close to 100 orders in one month. My terrible experience with shipbob has sent me into terrible depression. It has been the worst experience of my life. My paypal account and stripe is ruined because of multiple disputes due to lost packages and undelivered items. Please do not use shipbob, they will ruin your life and the business you've worked so hard to build.
This integration works perfectly connecting our Shopify store to Ship Bob. We have had zero issues with it--in fact, I barely even knew it was installed since it just works in the background and I've never had to worry about it!
It worked great! We only had one issue with a glitch. It was able to be resolved. Sometimes upsells were not shown on shipbob orders.
Been using Shipbob for a long time already, glad to see they're offering a good solution on shopify rather than a third party.
SHIPBOB Australia B2C Fulfilment ex Altona Warehouse - Absolute HORROR!
We used shipbob for just under 6 months via WIX and Shopify Store. Originally attracted by what appears a solid and streamlined Tech Platform with experienced fulfilment providers for reasonable and transparent cost.
Having experienced shipbob for months we offer our strong warning to store operators. Every Warehouse receiving order was either lost for 7 days and took a further 7-14 days until the stock was listed in inventory for dispatch. On one occasion the warehouse told the delivery contractor they will not accept anything via Shipbob which was the indication for us to make an urgent move.
As to the actual picking and shipping of our orders their service appeared efficient and good (but our customers did not take kindly to excessive delays with receiving of good into the FC). We had countless email communication with the support team who seem to be the go-between melbourne warehouse and US operations team. Once they ran out of excuses they just started to ignore us which made it a nightmare for us as we had no information to give our customers. In general terms we would say Shipbob will be unlikely to survive in Australia and they present a real danger to any business that makes the mistake top rely on them. And in the end we lost many orders because of them and scored the anger of many customers whilst Shipbob did not feel the need to compensate us even with a dollar.
What the hell is wrong with those people"? Is it a fulfillment center or just a warehouse to store some stuffs? Why can't they fulfill my unique order? I do want to get complaint from my first customer? Will you ask them what they are waiting for? I am paying my storage fee monthly! Why are they trying to screw me up at the very beginning?

Ship Bob does a good job for us. The interface is pretty easy to use and they ship on time. I would recommend them
Shipbob integrates well with Shopify. We've had very few issues. For the small issues we have had, Shipbob's customer support team has always been responsive and helpful. With Shipbob, we've been able to provide faster shipping to our customers.
All orders are shipped within 24 hours. Real time inventory tracking helps plan reorder dates. Labels are very competitive. Orders lost in transit get compensated at the retail price. Support tickets get answered within 1-2 working hours. Easy self-service integration and fulfilment discounts at high sales volumes.
I used this app to help fulfill customer orders and manage inventory replenishment, it is super easy to use and make our CS team job a lot easier. I don't have any complains so far and would recommend the APP to whoever is struggling with customer order fulfillment or wanted to improve customer satisfaction. The support team is super strong behind this app and you can get timely response when needed, the most important thing is the multiple fulfillment locations can help reduce the shipping lead time and save freight cost. The ease of the transfer inventory between locations is another important feature that I'd like to mention as well.

SHIPBOB STOLE $1000 FROM ME AND ISN'T GIVING IT BACK. PLEASE HELP THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER WORKED WITH. UPDATE: I HAVE HAD THREE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCES WITH THIS COMPANY:
1. This company shipped out close to 40 of my orders that had been fulfilled from MONTHS ago in my Shopify. Even though I made sure automatic fulfillment wasn't on, this company took data from all my orders without marking them as complete and sent 40 customers duplicate orders 4 months later. They didn't reply to my 50 emails and several calls and at the end told me they would only give me half of the shipping costs of the wrongly sent out orders as CREDIT back to my shipbob account. They aren't even letting me move my inventory out of there after this huge error without paying 0.25c per item I have there (I have thousands). I'm so upset about this and at the TERRIBLE customer service I've received. This is a PSA to never use this service. 2. They charged me $775 USD in fees because their system messed up my inventory receiving order, which was arranged by their own support member. Then they wired it back to me and took over a month to give me my money back even though I was charged immediately (Still waiting). 3. I became so fed up with this company that I moved my inventory back to Canada. They sent my international freight from the US to Canada and didn't attach a commercial invoice (a VERY BASIC SHIPPING RULE). I had to chase them down for days and after a week of the stuff sitting at the border, they said this was a huge error on our part and I had to go through a third party broker (AND PAY EXTRA) to have my stuff cleared. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE COMPANY. I am actively working on deterring businesses from working with them. DON'T DO IT. Use Shiphero or Shipstation.

Very easy to install and integrate my inventory.
Orders are fulfilled very quickly and my clients get their tracking number once the order is processed.

Integration with Shopify is perfect. We've tried other companies and they are not even close of having such an easy and complete platform like Shipbob. I've been trying for 3 days to get help because the app isn't functioning with my shopify store. Have a wonderful customer service rep from shopify that helped me as much as he was able to and then opened a ticket for a tech from shipbob to help from their end, but after 3 days we still have yet to receive help from anyone on the shipbob end. As you can imagine this is keeping me from running my store. Very disappointed in how long it's taking someone to respond and help me with my issue. UPDATE: You replied on a Friday and your customer service reps are not available to help over the weekend so as you'll see I did reply back to the email but there was no one in your office to help me. The 3 days that I didn't receive a response were business days and not over the weekend. So if someone could please respond back to me because I've already answered that email, thank you. Unfortunately I'm out of the country at the moment so unless I can call your offices via WhatsApp we'll have to continue via email or chat, thank you.

This is a lot more than an app! Automates your whole fulfillment. Everyone at the company is super friendly, their software it's easy to use and their prices are great. I really recommend them. They also just raised a bunch of money so things should get even better!
I am very glad my company is able to utilize Shipbob's dashboard in a clean, easy-to-use app. This makes work much easier for our employees when traveling or out of the office!
