I've having such a good experience with ShipBob, the whole team has been amazing to work with and made our bran launch extremely easy.

Manas Kakkar took extra time out of his day to hop on a call with us and help us with some last minute details before launch.

Highly recommend fulfilling all your order through them.

Don’t use ShipBob if you want to sell in the UK.

They have blocked my orders for two months now, due to re review of duty paid (which we have shared documentation for).

We missed out on Black Friday and Christmas sales and it’s destroying our small company.

I respect the need for compliance, but it’s been two months since we sent documentation and ShipBob has stopped responding. Unacceptable.

I’ve been using ShipBob for over a year now, and honestly, I’ve had nothing but problems. I don’t like writing negative reviews, but I feel like this one is necessary.

The biggest issue for me has been their support team. I’d open a ticket about an issue, they’d tell me it’s fixed, and then the same thing would happen again a few days later. For example, my TikTok Shop orders weren’t syncing properly, and there were constant SKU problems. This went on for over a month before it was finally resolved. Then, once that got sorted, shipping updates stopped syncing to TikTok, so I had to manually update them myself. It’s just one thing after another.

On top of that, I was told shipping costs would be between $7–$9, but I’ve been charged way more than that multiple times. And today, I had a customer receive the wrong color product entirely! It’s always these little things that add up, and I’m beyond frustrated.

After I finish this bulk order, I’m switching to another shipping company. ShipBob charges way too much for the level of service they provide. I really hope they can figure things out for other customers, but I’m done.

I also forgot to mention i always get duty fees in the mail and packages always get lost when i ship them to my models.

The shipping app connects seamlessly and the platform is very easy to setup and track all my orders - would definitely recommend to businesses starting out since they have a very low monthly minimum order quantity

Manas was lovely! So helpful and talked us through the whole process of setting up our Shipbob shop through Shopify. The process was super easy but Manas made the experience feel really comfortable and easy to use after our calls.

Shipbob is really great to use and easy to navigate. They have a top customer service team who are always on hand to help - Manas was particularly helpful in getting my shop up and running for fulfillment. Would recommend for all companies!

Do NOT work with this company! If you value your business, find a different 3PL! This company completely destroyed our business. Trust the negative reviews that you’re seeing!!
