We have been using ShipBob for more than 1 year now and we are absolutely happy with their services. The dashboard is easy to use, everything automated so you can do other work while they are taking care of our order's fulfillment, and moreover, their support is just amazing! They are very responsive and resolve the problems as soon as you request.
Their pricing is decent and it is so easy to use. I am not a tech person at all, and if I can use it, everyone can use it :) I highly recommend ShipBob!

I would say we had a rough onboarding process at the start, but it was quickly remedied by the staff at shipbob. Working with their team helped to smoothly transition us onto their site. Everything was thoroughly explained and they were typically pretty able to provide information and assist where they can. I had amazing service from Bailey, Brendan, and Aravanthin. Would definitely recommend using as a fulfillment service.

ShipBob is the 3rd fulfillment partner that we've migrated to in 4 years of growing our operations. Compared to what we've used in the past (plus about half a dozen options we only reviewed, but never used), they're really putting the users first. We have been using ShipBob now for over 12 months and the most impressive thing has been how well it integrates with Shopify and Gorgias making both the processing of orders and handling of customer support inquiries and returns extremely easy saving us considerable amounts of time. Recently we also started selling on Amazon and the process of integrating with Amazon FBA and replenishment of inventory is also very simple and automated. If we ever had any questions or concerns about our implementation or process Ankit has been very efficient and responsive in helping us with any of our questions.

Shipbob integrates well with Shopify. We've had very few issues. For the small issues we have had, Shipbob's customer support team has always been responsive and helpful. With Shipbob, we've been able to provide faster shipping to our customers.

We have been using Shipbob in our US operations for over a year now and we recently made the decision to move the rest of our global fulfilment operations over to them too as we were so impressed with the service.
