ShipBob Fulfillment

ShipBob has been working great for us. Great response time if there is an issue. Our Rep (Samantha D.) gives us the best service and is always on the lookout to make sure things are running smoothly.

The API works great, would like to have the weight of the shipment (actual vs dim), actual inventory. Also it would be nice if you when split a shipment that it updated both tracking numbers. Overall Shipbob is amazing, the above comments are all growing pains and I am guessing will be sorted out over time. Shipbob can handle the easiest to the most complex shipping issues!! Try them you will not be disappointed.

We have been using ShipBob now for over 12 months and the most impressive thing has been how well it integrates with Shopify and Gorgias making both the processing of orders and handling of customer support inquiries and returns extremely easy saving us considerable amounts of time. Recently we also started selling on Amazon and the process of integrating with Amazon FBA and replenishment of inventory is also very simple and automated. If we ever had any questions or concerns about our implementation or process Ankit has been very efficient and responsive in helping us with any of our questions.

Shipbob is an incredible 3PL. They have helped us in many ways with scaling our business. They provide great insights, communication, and always hit their SLA's. I would recommend them to anyone looking to take their business to the next level.

We have been using Shipbob in our US operations for over a year now and we recently made the decision to move the rest of our global fulfilment operations over to them too as we were so impressed with the service. Shipbob was very easy to install and has been a speedy and reliable way for us to process orders for our customers across the globe. The tracking and reporting on the order process gives me everything I need to check on each individual customer order and I am looking forward to making use of the custom features like processing delay and gift notes in future. My orders are totally automatic. Everytime I get a new order on my Shopify website the order is automatically fulfilled. Customer service on ShipBob is solid too. I don't have to wade through the endless amounts of complex, confusing steps and flaky cryptic customer service like with Amazon! I'm so relieved I don't have to have store my products and ship them out manually. Plus, when I do get an order from a customer on Amazon FBM (fulfillment by merchant) I have ShipBob do the fulfillment as well. Your customer, most likely, wont receive your product as quickly as Amazon, but it's really nice having my products with ShipBob where I can easily access it and be able to have a ShipBob rep help with all things fulfillment.

Works really well. We have been using for over a year and it is quite reliable and does what we need it to do.
