My orders are totally automatic. Everytime I get a new order on my Shopify website the order is automatically fulfilled. Customer service on ShipBob is solid too. I don't have to wade through the endless amounts of complex, confusing steps and flaky cryptic customer service like with Amazon! I'm so relieved I don't have to have store my products and ship them out manually. Plus, when I do get an order from a customer on Amazon FBM (fulfillment by merchant) I have ShipBob do the fulfillment as well. Your customer, most likely, wont receive your product as quickly as Amazon, but it's really nice having my products with ShipBob where I can easily access it and be able to have a ShipBob rep help with all things fulfillment.

The process to move my e-commerce operations to ShipBob was far easier than I thought it would be. The onboarding was pretty straight forward, and the dashboard is extremely user friendly. Their platform updates immediately, I was really surprised and impressed with how fast it updates and syncs with whatever ecommerce host you use, we're on Shopify and it's a seamless integration. The SB team designated to get me onboarded has been absolutely fantastic, Pramod is so knowledgeable and helpful he's really made the transition pretty seamless. I can't recommend ShipBob enough.
To anyone who's even considering moving to a 3PL, just do it, sky is the limit and they're here to help get you there.
We've been using ShipBob as our USA 3PL for around 8 months and they've been awesome. Looking to expand into Canada using their services as well. Our customer success manager, Chetan has been invaluable. The app itself is very intuitive and if there is ever an issue, it's easy to get in touch with support to sort things out for you.
Scaling your business with a solid fulfillment partner can be a much easier task. ShipBob has reliable customer support and a willingness to solve issues and complex matters; it can be a bumpy ride initially, but the earlier you start the cooperation, the easier it will be when you scale. The easiness of managing shipments beyond your domestic market is also a big plus, and ShipBob covers most of the e-commerce needs. The integration with various services is also a plus. Overall, highly recommended.
