LOVE ShipBob. We work on the ShipBob dashboard daily, and wouldn't change a thing. Everything from fulfillment to delivery is a breeze!
Soo glad we went with ShipBob. Their software was super easy to integrate with our Shopify store and our implementation specialist Lacey became an indispensable part of our team while onboarding, helping us through every question we could throw her way. The ability to have rule automations in place, inventory sync, and re-order points are excellent features to have and we are able to replenish Amazon, process and ship DTC orders, and fulfill case level wholesale skus. 5 Stars!

Having used a number of 3PL's over the years we know how hard it is to get a strong 3PL partner. We've been using Shipbob for the last 12 months and they have been a great partner for us. Their level of service and speed at which they get orders out to customers is fantastic (particularly in pandemic times where other 3PL's are struggling to get orders out). Their customer service to merchants is also exceptional. Our account manager Chetan is fantastic, as are Karina and Mahmood in customer service. The only opportunities for us are around streamlining of some administrative processes, which are being addressed by their product team (they're always happy to take onboard any challenge we have and get the product team involved) and price of storage is higher than other 3PL's (but this is because they want quick turns on inventory and don't want it sitting around). Overall, we're very pleased with our partnership with Shipbob.

Great integration, easy to set up for Shopify (and Amazon). We are a long-term ShipBob partner and recommend them as a 3pl service provider.
ShipBob is the 3rd fulfillment partner that we've migrated to in 4 years of growing our operations. Compared to what we've used in the past (plus about half a dozen options we only reviewed, but never used), they're really putting the users first. They're not just a logistics/freight company offering ecom fulfillment - they really give us the tools and options we need for our business. Whether it's inventory insights, custom packaging and marketing inserts, analytics and exports, or helping us optimize our pricing by figuring out which of their warehouses to use, it's really, really nice to have a fulfillment partner like ShipBob on our side.
We use ShipBob for order fulfillment. They are a self service fulfillment operation, so as long as you feel comfortable navigating these waters with minimal support, I'd recommend them. However, after you reach a certain volume and $$ threshold, you get dedicated support. We've found the dedicated support very helpful. They just started offering 2-day delivery in the lower 48 states, so that was a big plus. We were considering using Deliverrr for the 2-day option, but they started offering this option before we made the switch. Sometimes standard shipping options are extremely delayed or never show up, (they use UPS mail innovations or DHL surepost for their standard options) but this might also happen elsewhere. International service offerings exist for Canada UK and EU. We also sell in Canada with ShipBob. As of now, they only offer Canada Post for standard and FedEx for expedited shipping. Very expensive options. The app itself works properly for us, although it would be nice to have ShipBob update inventory within Shopify. Perhaps we just haven't found this functionality yet.

All orders are shipped within 24 hours. Real time inventory tracking helps plan reorder dates. Labels are very competitive. Orders lost in transit get compensated at the retail price. Support tickets get answered within 1-2 working hours. Easy self-service integration and fulfilment discounts at high sales volumes.
