I worked with Ankit Gupta to integrate my Shopify store with ShipBob and the process could not have gone better. I am thoroughly impressed with ShipBob's ease of installation and technical support. I would highly recommend.

I would say we had a rough onboarding process at the start, but it was quickly remedied by the staff at shipbob. Working with their team helped to smoothly transition us onto their site. Everything was thoroughly explained and they were typically pretty able to provide information and assist where they can. I had amazing service from Bailey, Brendan, and Aravanthin. Would definitely recommend using as a fulfillment service.

We worked with SB for more than a Year. Must say it wasn't a smooth process on either side of the equation, however we were able to make it work and now it look one of the best choice we did for our business.
Great work behind the scene from our Costumer Representative Chetan, able to connect us and have a quick turnaround when issue came up. Definitely recommended as Fulfilment option

Ease of installation - They make it very simple with endless resources and very clear links and on top of that they have a dedicated manager to your account that helps you out of any sticky situation

Speed and reliability of order ingestion - This works really well, the only thing that needs to be upgrades is the manual process of WRO which is the box configurations. You have to manually mount each box content. This should be part of a spreadsheet.

Tracking upload speed - This happens quickly from the tests we have done

Technical support / outages - The manager Aravinhtan has been very responsive and in helping us

Also, as a next step I would ask them to integrate more with Gorgias to allow us to create return labels without having to go into shipbbob

ShipBob has been a great app and I recommend it to anyone looking for a 3PL app. Customer support is always very helpful. The app itself is pretty intuitive once you learn the ins and outs of it and fulfillment times are very good. It really helped me take my business to the next level!

Samantha DiPaulo, Ashley Pakenham, the ShipBob B2B team and many others truly care about our business and who we are. Not only that but they almost feel like my long time friends at this point. Can’t say enough good. Yes we’ve had our challenges and mess ups but i do believe they really care to improve.
