It is a very easy to use app that works with all European amazon stores.
It takes away all the work of creating orders manually on Amazon.

I'm always impressed by both the responsiveness and quality of technical support from WebBee. Moreover, the solution features a user friendly interface and works without issue, easily triggering Amazon fulfillment of orders from Shopify to Amazon Seller Central.

I have a relatively complicated store and this app is able to work with all my complications with no problem.

Specifically, some of my items are fulfilled by Amazon MCF and others are fulfilled in-house. I also have items that are in pre-order but will eventually be Amazon MCF. So in a given order, I might have one item for Amazon to fulfill now, one item for self-fulfillment, and one item to stay unfulfilled until the inventory is available. This app handles all of this without issue with its' product mapping' feature.

Other pros:
- once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to Amazon (if mapped to do so)
- once an order is fulfilled by Amazon, the tracking information is automatically sent back to Shopify with the email notification being sent to the customer and the order marked as fulfilled. This takes 2-3 hours. (you also have the option of using the Amazon notification emails if you prefer)
- their customer support is fantastic. I had several questions about setting up my store properly. They were patient with me and resolved every issue to get it working perfectly for my store's needs.

If you're using Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment for sales on your Shopify store, this app is a must-have to automate the process.

We use Amazon MCF/FBA (UK) to fulfil all our orders. This app does exactly what it says - it syncs your Amazon stock and your Shopify stock and automatically fulfils Shopify orders with Amazon FBA. It means we no longer have to manually submit MCF fulfilment requests or manually update our Shopify stock. Great! Nice recent additions include the ability to set an out of stock quantity buffer, which avoids non-fulfilment of orders if you have sold out on Amazon since the last stock sync. Also like the ability to stop automatic sending of high risk orders.

We could not do without this app!

Seamless integration, works well, no glitches. We were especially looking for a solution that provides tracking numbers to the customer for multiple shipments, and this feature has reduced our customer service inquires dramatically.

Support is top notch, extremely responsive especially in emergencies.

Ability to see real time delivery estimates via Amazon on checkout.

In love with the app and support.. no false positives.. which is very important. Though can make the language simpler in the app so that i don't have to reach out to support only to realize that the language meaning was different . can be helpful with better tool tips/documentation
