I've had a couple issues but their CS has always been on top and always solved each of our concerns. I would definitely recommend.

Had an issue fix in under 1 Hour.. awesome support and great app.. well worth the price! Going to be a gamechanger for alot of businesses!!

As a new on shopify. Webee help us to manage our orders. Coordination from Webee is too Good as there customer support help me a lot for understanding the app.

Ajeet the Coordinater is more appreciable in part of app discussion & problem solving.

Thank you WebBee for the wonderful experience getting ready to go with Amazon MCF. The only thing better than your easy-to-use app is the customer service. I feel more confident and comfortable to witch to Amazon MCF if/when the time is right!

Great help - support walks you through the set up personally for free on all plans. Test order seems to be working very smooth - set up straight forward and easy to see within the app how everything is connected and working. Also a helpful plus to be able to see within the app how much you were charged by Amazon for each order's fulfillment.
