Great service and very friendly. They definitely make sure that you understand and that they have resolved your issue. I highly recommend them. I was surprised that they wanted to get on a zoom call with me to walk me through the process which really helps.

It is really easy to export order details to AMAZON and status is updated automatically, which saves my time. It will be best synchronizing will be more frenquently.

We have been using the WebBee for around half year. The customer support if top notch! It's been very patience with us to go over details in the zoom meetings. Had quick and effective customer service! Please note it takes a bit of time to come into effect but the app seems to work very well with FBA.
