It may be intimidating at the beginning but it is actually very user friendly! Their support was outstanding! I jumped on a Zoom Call and we make sure everything was set up properly plus I understood ALL the features! Powerful app, thanks again!

I have been using this app for more than a year. Since half a year ago a problem has arisen that it is not possible to use Amazon's most basic delivery service, but only the option of expedited delivery. This has caused our delivery costs to increase by 50%! We raised this issue six months ago, but they never resolved it. I estimate that we lost an additional $5,000 in delivery costs. I think if there is another app that can replace this app, I will not hesitate to replace it. 2022.10.28 The company eventually helped me out.
I must say that the app's overall experience is good and very easy to get started. It should be the best of its kind at this point. Just wish you guys would have helped us out sooner when I was running into problems.

Great app and the developers are on-hand to help with any issues. I decided to ask them for help before even trying to setup it up myself. They jumped on a screenshare with me in minutes, answered all my questions and helped me get setup. Setup was easy, and the app is working nicely. Thanks!

You look amazing. I would like you to change the order of Japanese and Japanese addresses and gender names.
App works as expected, support is amazing, they reply blazing fast and always with helpful answers. I would make the interface a little bit more user friendly and nicer design, would be nice if they implement shopifys Polaris framework. Recommended

We've lost thousands of dollars using this app when the initial goal was to save money using MCF. This app doesn't allow you to use logic to only pull specific orders, or orders where AMZ has ALL of the skus in the order. Instead, it split my shipments, sent the single sku in AMZ and let my warehouse fulfill the rest of the order - in turn, us paying twice for split shipments. I wouldn't recommend. App is jenky to begin with. Learning curve is a bit steep. Customer service is available and tries. Just app quality is not up to par.
