Whoaaa, Impressive !!! I have never experienced such a quality of support. Manish spent a lot of time with me, he was extremely competent, configured everything perfectly, solved all my blocking points. The tool has a great advantage compared to ByteStand : you don't need to duplicate the product pages for each country. Thanks to the quality of the support, i will definitely keep using it. Great experience.

Excellent after market support. Used for a number of years to sync with Amazon MCF for UK and USA. I just wish that the geo location inventory feature was cheaper than $99.

The WebBee team and app has been very helpful for us. We've been able to do things with this app that we can't with others. For example, this gives us the ability to notify customers who have multiple shipments in one order with item specific information per shipment. This is really helpful when there are multiple shipments.

Some of the functions, set-up and UI UX is just not intuitive. I think there's a bit of a language barrier and wish they could redo the nomenclature of the buttons/actions as well as the layout.

The support associate was very knowledgeable, experienced and polite.
He was very fast in fixing the problem while explaining what he is doing and what should be the result.
It's a very high support level. I wish Amazon's support team would reach 80% of this service

Very helpful app and the customer service is great. You can ask for help in just 30 minutes then the meeting will be hold and the problem will be gone.
