WebBee is awesome. I switched from amazons own app because it kept giving me problems and forget trying to get someone to help you. I lost so many sales because of the amazon MCF app. WebBee has been so helpful and walked me through all of the set up which was super easy. And if I ever need them for anything they are right there. I highly recommend you use this app over any other MCF integration app!

Excellent support! There is hardly any waiting time at all. 24/7 support available. They really take the time to ensure that all is in place and working as it should. Should you experience any issues, they are just an email, or chat support away. Support are conducted over a zoom call or over the phone, whichever you prefer. Very happy with my experience thus far in terms of the customer support I have received. Keep it up!

An easy app to use and apply, everything is pretty self explanatory in terms of initial set up and further use. They are also available and willing incase any error comes up.

Only good if you have only FBA, wont sync inventory or orders from FBM or any other inventory. With this limited functions, it was good untill they decide randomly to upgrade my plan. I;ve fulfilled around 54 orders which is well within their free plan limit, I was aske to upgrade to what I think it was USD 19 something plan. though it was nt justified I upgraded as I was more or less happy and didnt want inconvenience in Q4. But just after upgrade in apprx 20 days, one morening received a message that says, you orders are not synced and wont sync unless you upgrad to some USD 49 plan. This is really opportunistic move and was not even sent a single message before stopping. It was bit of inconveniences but decided to get away from them as my experience suggest they wouldnt bugg you in normal time but will definately in busy time relying you'd have to pay them - there are some words for suuch kinda behaviour.

The app is marking Amazon orders as fulfilled and then doesn't actually push the orders to Amazon. We have contacted support, who could not solve the problem. It has happened again to several more orders. Cannot recommend this as a solid solution

The app is quite user friendly and uncomplicated. When I needed support to complete the installation, the appointment was scheduled within minutes, and gosh was the support guy knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to assist. They kept following up to ensure that all was okay with my store. And, there were no hidden fees, just one payment which covers addition of multiple market places. These guys are here to make an impact......
