The support from Shivam was good and very quick and helpful. Shivam has helped me a couple of times via chat and zoom. Thank you for being patient with me and sorting out the problem we had with inventory.

I don't usually write reviews but the exceptional service provided by Mr Malik at Webbee was very good so I had to share. I needed some help with the config and quickly booked a meeting online and Mr Malik helped out straight away and got me up and running. Very good service and the app works well!

When Shopify ended their order fulfillment service I was VERY annoyed especially when I learned that all other services charged. SO, I chose to use MCF WebBee. I am very glad that I chose them because I found that whenever I have an issue they are available immediately to help me. My tech ability is minimal and the configuration can be overwhelming. Each time I have a question I am able to jump on a zoom with them and they are kind, patient, and walk me through the steps. Then they also have a look over my other settings and are often able to find some settings that can be changed to benefit how my business works. I HIGHLY recommend MCF WebBee if you are trying to sort out you Amazon fulfillment configuration.

This is a wonderful software that does exactly what I needed it to do. I have multiple marketplaces, but one of the markets are not covered by my fulfillment center so I wanted to configure orders from this market to be shipped from Amazon FBA. The WebBee software did exactly as that and all resolved. But aside from the software, I had great experience with their customer service. Always ready and willing to jump on the chat and online and help fix any issues or answer questions. Great to work with WebBee people. Thanks.
