They have egoistic staff who’ll harass and make stupid remarks once you call them out for their incompetence.

One of my customers said that she’ll pick up the courier from the warehouse since courier was creating an issue in delivery, and they didn’t inform it to the courier company, when asked about it their employee Ritesh said “Courier toh apna kaam krega hi”.
If i could add a screenshot of the chat i would have, please be careful while dealing with them.

What is this behavior?
The customer is supposed to walk to the warehouse to find that the courier is not with them?

Please Don't do use any one, ek trap hai customer ko phasaneka.

Kam price ka lalach deke, ye lok scam ❌ karte hai

Koi bhi truth mat Karo jab aap order Lake denge tab tak koi weight discripancy nahi lageni

And aap order Dena band karoge tab 3-4 month ka suddenly weight discripancy ka file sent karenge.
