Important Caution for Sellers Regarding Shipclues Technologies Private Limited
Before entering into any deal with Shipclues Technologies Private Limited, we strongly advise all sellers to thoroughly review and clarify the terms and conditions in a legally binding document.
Do not proceed with any verbal or informal agreements. Their representatives may initially speak very convincingly, but the reality after the deal can be completely different. Once you're involved, you may find yourself in a situation where you have no support, no resolution, and no way out.
Based on our experience, their service has been unprofessional, unreliable, and at times, feels fraudulent. We urge fellow sellers to be extremely cautious and make well-informed decisions before engaging with this company.
Stay alert. Protect your business.
They have egoistic staff who’ll harass and make stupid remarks once you call them out for their incompetence.
One of my customers said that she’ll pick up the courier from the warehouse since courier was creating an issue in delivery, and they didn’t inform it to the courier company, when asked about it their employee Ritesh said “Courier toh apna kaam krega hi”.
If i could add a screenshot of the chat i would have, please be careful while dealing with them.
What is this behavior?
The customer is supposed to walk to the warehouse to find that the courier is not with them?
