They have egoistic staff who’ll harass and make stupid remarks once you call them out for their incompetence.
One of my customers said that she’ll pick up the courier from the warehouse since courier was creating an issue in delivery, and they didn’t inform it to the courier company, when asked about it their employee Ritesh said “Courier toh apna kaam krega hi”.
If i could add a screenshot of the chat i would have, please be careful while dealing with them.
What is this behavior?
The customer is supposed to walk to the warehouse to find that the courier is not with them?
one the the best shipping website i have come across, very convenient with the shipping part, delivery partners and very reasonble too, it is truly a reliable site to associate with.
