I've been using Shipfy: Shipping Rules for my Shopify store, significantly improving my shipping management. These guys are awesome. Seriously they will make your shipping rules work perfect. We have many rules for shipping base on amount spend and each one has a different price and they having it show on the cart perfect.

Excellent app and super support. Sid got an a zoom call with me to figure out the issues I had setting up my sales rules. We had a few different shipping price scenarios to figure out. My shipping prices are now perfect for sale and non sale items and a combination of both.
