We had a shipping rate issue concerning our subscription orders. After reaching out to many different companies Shipify was the only one that had the appropriate customer service and expertise to quickly fix our issue.
The app is working fine and does perfectly the job. I installed the app to fix an issue I was facing with my shipping settings. Since I have products stocked in multiple locations, my shipping rates weren't calculated accurately when customers had products from multiple locations in their cart. The app allowed me to create rules in order to get rid of these issues I was facing for several weeks. The support was very helpful and reactive, they kindly proposed to set up the app on my behalf so I had practically nothing to do on my end. I would totally recommend this app to everyone who's facing issues with Shopify's basic shipping features.

Excellent application, solves a big drwaback of shopify's check out. You can re-arrange the shipping options and if combined with PayFy app, then it's all just perfect!

What a magnificent app! It can help configure really specific rules to enhance a customers experience right through to shipping. It even helps manage expectations when a user has a PO box! While configuring it can be a little complicated, the support is exceptional!

We had some complicated shipping rules for our site that we had been working for months to implement with no success. Shipfy was the answer! This app fixed our problem quickly and easily.
Their customer service was top notch. When I couldn't figure out the setup myself, Sid got on a call with me and spent two hours configuring the app to work correctly for our needs. If you have complicated shipping rules, this is the app to use.

This app is outstanding and the support is unreal! We wanted to setup a specific type of filter for our shipping (Don't allow shipping specific items to PO Boxes) and chatted with the support who arranged the feature to be added, just for us. Highly recommend!
