Extraordinary app with excellent support. Our international customers now see shipping rates with our comments (recommended, customs duty paid, delivery time not guaranteed, and so on), translated to local languages.

Solved my shipping issue in less than five minutes and were happy to guide me through the entire process!

Great support from Sid got me up and running with a relatively complex rule set in minutes.

Finally a simple app to help me display NZ Post urban or rural flat rate shipping options. Sid is a whiz, he set everything up perfectly.
