We had some complicated shipping rules for our site that we had been working for months to implement with no success. Shipfy was the answer! This app fixed our problem quickly and easily.
Their customer service was top notch. When I couldn't figure out the setup myself, Sid got on a call with me and spent two hours configuring the app to work correctly for our needs. If you have complicated shipping rules, this is the app to use.
This app is outstanding and the support is unreal! We wanted to setup a specific type of filter for our shipping (Don't allow shipping specific items to PO Boxes) and chatted with the support who arranged the feature to be added, just for us. Highly recommend!

We use this app to sort the delivery options. By default, Shopify shows the free option first (which in our case is local pickup) and most customers choose this without reading what it is. This required us to call the customers to ask if they really meant to have local pickup when they were located tens or hundres of kilometers away. With this app, that problem is solved. And the support is top notch!

Shopify normally arranges checkout options by price, with the lowest shipping option first. This is very problematic if you offer something like "Local Pickup - Free", as this will appear as the default option. Naturally, customers will select this option first and often without checking.
You then have to deal with chasing them up for extra shipping costs, and dealing with their confusion and frustration.
This app allows you to select which shipping option should appear first or last. All you need to do is type in exactly how the shipping option appears, e.g. "Local Pickup", and select "Rank Last" as the option. The local pickup option will then always appear last. AMAZING.
