I am very happy with ShipHero. It's an excellent service - customer service and onboarding have been superb. Pricing is also very competitive. Highly recommend.

If you're on Shopify, ShipHero is who you should be outsourcing to.
Software is great. Sending products in easy. Billing is clear. Orders ship promptly.

UPDATE 9/28: DOWN rating to 2 stars. Service support is pretty much non-existent. Unlike most companies these days, there's not a feature to chat with support, nor phone number. The only way is via a ticket system. I have a multiple tickets that have been open for 9+ days. What's worse is that this is a 3pl company and I can't get accurate inventory numbers on the panel. Looking at what we shipped to the warehouse and what they shipped to our customers , the numbers in inventory don't match what is being displayed on the app. On top of that, I can't get an answer to why the pricing is completely random for the same SKU from order to order. Some are priced 2x the amount (that ticket is 8 days old). REVIEW 9/14
We signed up with ShipHero 3 months ago and due to delays on our side only just launched yesterday . My rep, Silvana was amazing. She walked me through the process from beginning to end and took the time to customize certain parts of ShipHero so we could do split orders with another fulfillment vendor. The app is pretty easy to use. I like the fact there are no shipping zones so you can pick one warehouse that's near your manufacturer and be done. Prices are quite reasonable for storage, pick fees and shipping. I do wish it would support posthero integration for Active Campaign and not just Klaviyo.

Overall great app. The customer service representatives go out of their way to assist you with any issues and the dashboard is very user-friendly. I had one poor experience with a slow customer service response. I complained about the issue and the team responded quickly (specifically Danielle), and resolved it almost immediately. I look forward to working with Shiphero as my fulfillment service. Bel is always very helpful as well!

I'm very excited to work with Shiphero after transitioning away from a couple fulfillment companies whose systems and processes were very difficult to use. So far inventory receipt has been fast and I'm looking forward to the affordable shipping costs.

So far this is the best fulfillment company I have dealt with this far. Amazing communication, they are extremely fast response time and are very efficient. You will definitely have fewer headaches to worry about

Bel was super helpful! Helping me track packages, looking up orders, contacting the shippers...plus just so pleasant to work with. Fulfillment couldn't get easier... I was scared to start shipping my goods out of a warehouse but they really walk you through every step. The documentation is excellent, with videos and FAQs for every detail. They're really responsive too - anytime I have a question, the chat is there and the reps get to you pretty quickly. Pretty happy so far!
Updated: I've been working with Clara in the chat function and service has been excellent...it's so convenient to just chat with the reps and they are so prompt and friendly whenever there's an issue.
