I can't say enough about ShipHero so far. This company really cares, and I'm so glad I found them. Marina, Julia, Danielle, Bel and Clara have been amazing. I really feel like my business is in great hands for fulfillment. Thank you to the whole team!

ShipHero has great service. They are very quick to respond, pay close attention to detail, and feel like an extension of my team. Ana, Bela and Silvana have been great to work with. I would highly recommend ShipHero.

ShipHero Fulfillment is the best our there. Customer support helped us set everything up and they have very good prices, compare to other fulfillment centers. Five starts!

Carina, Clara, Mar, Bel and Marina to the rescue!! They are responsive and are on point. They helped me with all my questions (I have a lot xD). Highly recommend using ShipHero for your needs, even if you're small company!

Great app, fantastic support. Bel, Andrea, Clara, Sophia and Carina are all great. The app does have some bugs that pop up every now and then, but the support team takes care of it and is always on top of any issues.

In short: super easy and amazing experience from Mari, definitely exceeded my expectations! Just started working with them and the whole integration process is super easy. Mari F. and the whole team made the onboarding process a breeze. Mari was super friendly and kind. If you're like me and like talking to humans to get doubts solved (especially when learning something) its super easy to schedule a call and was able to talk with her the next day at the latest. Thanks for all the help! :)

Yet another 5-star review for ShipHero. Before ShipHero, we were fulfilling 20-30 orders a day from our shop, something that would take an hour or two out of every day. We thought about hiring someone, but between the cost of labor, shipping, and packing materials it ended up being basically a draw with the cost of ShipHero. And since our shop is in the middle of nowhere, significantly slower than ShipHero. We brought ShipHero online the day before I left for a weeklong vacation. Silvana went the extra mile to make sure that our first shipping plan was received just minutes after it arrived at their warehouse and I got to see some of the first orders being fulfilled as I drove out of town. What a relief! Since then we've had the pleasure of watching our orders fulfilled usually in less than 30 minutes from the time a customer places them and our production schedule has moved to building and shipping cases of product instead of building for the days shipments. In over 1000 shipments so far we haven't had one error report from a customer. I especially LOVE the picture you can see of every packed shipment before it goes out the door. Searching for a fulfillment company is one of the worst parts of ecommerce. So many choices, none of them seem differentiated, pricing is complicated and hard to compare between them. ShipHero is the real deal - super fast everything, excellent customer service, and priced about the same as what it would cost to do it yourself. Stop searching and go grow your business again. Go with ShipHero!

very nice app and excellent support - pricing for fulfillment is competitive and they keep communication lines very open. I have had a few glitches with the interface and support worked diligently to resolve them.

Hands down the best fulfillment software and one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had! Before, I was looking at competing fulfillment services, such as ShipBob. Those services tended to have software fees around $500, warehouse fees, setup fees, and all sorts of fees! ShipHero had none of those except a warehouse storage fee and the shipping fee! So happy to have saved so much money, especially as a startup! That was only the beginning. I've been working with Silvana during this whole process and she provided amazing customer service! I typically expect email replies within about a 24 hour time frame, but I can tell she always gets back to me as soon as she can, within at least a few hours, and thoroughly too! She addresses all of my questions and problems! For instance, my supplier sent a bunch of defective products. I asked Silvana to ask the warehouse team to look at the other units of the same products and see if they were also defective. They not only looked at the other products, but went above and beyond! They took pictures of the defective products for me (so that I can talk to my supplier) and found additional non-sellable defects! This really helped to save my business's reputation. I am so happy with ShipHero so far and wanted to give a big thanks to Silvana and the ShipHero team for their amazing service so far! You are so appreciated, thanks so much again! :)
