Bel was super helpful! Helping me track packages, looking up orders, contacting the shippers...plus just so pleasant to work with. Fulfillment couldn't get easier... I was scared to start shipping my goods out of a warehouse but they really walk you through every step. The documentation is excellent, with videos and FAQs for every detail. They're really responsive too - anytime I have a question, the chat is there and the reps get to you pretty quickly. Pretty happy so far!
Updated: I've been working with Clara in the chat function and service has been excellent...it's so convenient to just chat with the reps and they are so prompt and friendly whenever there's an issue.

The APP has made my work much faster and easier. Thanks to the Team at ShipHero for helping me get going and setting up my store correctly. Russel you have been a tremendous help and I appreciate all you have done!
