We have used Shiphero for a long time. Lately, we have not been impressed with the level of customer service they offer. Many features will come out unfinished and basic functionality can be buggy.

The shipping of orders is amazing - inventory management is horrible it always oversells inventory and the API with Shopify is not working currently. My business never got this app to work. We had some costly mistakes due to using this app; however, we did receive support.
