ShipHero solved a huge fulfillment problem we were having and has allowed us to efficiently track product lot codes by shipment. Matt was extremely helpful during onboarding and open to unorthodox solutions/ideas to solve the problem we encountered with other software. We previously tried 4-5 other cloud inventory management/fulfillment "solutions" that did not solve anything for us - including ShipStation and Trade Gecko. ShipHero is our inventory and shipping hero :)

Being a small business finding the right app to fit your company needs can be difficult, especially when there are so many to choose from. My store has gone through multiple apps to try and find a solution to our inventory and shipping problems. We have multiple locations that we keep stock and Shopify doesn't allow more than one store location to separate inventory counts. Lucky for us I found ShipHero!
Not only have they solved how we go about fulfilling orders but they have also become a complete solution to our inventory problems! With ShipHero I am now able to manage each location with ease and on top of that i can get a report of what is needed to be ordered! Those few features only scratch the surface of what ShipHero can do! There are so many useful tools to use and i find myself discovering a new feature everyday.
The best part of all is the amazing support they have. Any and all questions i have asked, (there are quite a few), they were able to answer right away! Even for someone like myself who is fairly new to all of these management apps, they respond quickly and with lots of detail to make sure i understand and left me feeling more confident by the end of each conversation.
So if you are looking for a solution to any and all of your inventory and shipping needs, then look no further! The more you use ShipHero the more you will love it and be happy that you made the right choice. Thank you ShipHero!

Okay system - Not the best because that it has to many small errors. The support is crazy bad. Long delay on reply to my mails and sometime we don't get any feedback on our e-mails.

We've tried about a half a dozen different systems and have to say that ShipHero is the best out there! Not only is the system a head above the rest, but the support they offer is simply unbeatable. If I could leave 10 stars I would.
We've even become more profitable because of the error prevention system that they have in place. Simply outstanding and highly recommended!

Integrating a system like Shiphero requires a lot of support and patience, and those guys are effortless on explaining every question and solving every problem. We exchanged over 100 e-mails in 30 days of trial and I'm confident that Shiphero is going to be a partner for my business for many years to come.
My team and I had a seamless transition to Shiphero. I have been able to speed up all my processes to better scale my stores in our new warehouse. Friendly support team really cares about your success. Only complain is that I didn't use it sooner!

Sadly we had the worst 6 months ever using this app, The support gave terrible advice, we had to figure out most things on our own, had constant problems and had to manage a huge mess while deleting them from our software to integrate a new system. It was pretty stressful.
This is extremely sad to hear. I personally (Nicholas) had reached out and chatted with Taylor on a couple of the setup issues which were related to billing setup (there was a bug we needed to resolve) along with some settings that were incorrectly configured. As a team that sees a reflection of our work through our customers, a 1-star review is hard to take as we typically get it right. We're sorry we were not the solution for you.
Although we chose to not integrated ShipHero for the particular store we were trying it on, because it was more advanced and feature-rich than we needed at this time, the platform and it's abilities are outstanding. Even more so, the team and support at ShipHero - especially Matt - was worth the 5-star review itself. Their scheduling and onboarding process was very thorough and detailed. The support we received was very good especially for the asking price. I am sure as this store scales ShipHero will likely be integrated at some point, but for now, it's a bit overkill for us.
The app is great most of the time it works as it should but when the problems/bugs comes be prepared for even 2 weeks waiting time to get that fixed. Shiphero did have chat support, then they shut it down. Now they have form to fill.... When you get a reply to your message you noticed that even you know more about Shiphero that this first Customer Support assistant. There are lots of guys who know how to fix the problems but you have to first tackle the Shiphero first shield and it takes time.
I just see that this big and expensive app should have rapid customer service because when something bad happens its slows your business or even shut it down and who can worth that? Nobody.
App works 85% time without problems and I recommend you buy if you have the skills to solve the problems without any help from Shiphero.
