We've been using ShipHero for over 6 months and have had a few issues, but their customer service and tech support has always been very responsive and worked us thru any issues. We also like the fact that it updates inventory almost immediately between Shopify and then to our other channels. The iPad app is very useful for doing cycle counts, pick and pack online orders and managing inventory overall. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a comprehensive inventory management system for their multi-channel business.
Amazing platform! Our fulfillment process has really been simplified.
Their team recently held our hand through an otherwise tough migration and it couldn't have been any smoother.

We previously used ShipHero with Magento EE, but recently moved to Shopify Plus. We are now managing several Shopify Plus stores with ShipHero and it works like a dream.
Some of the best things about ShipHero are:
- iPad based, no more paper everywhere.
- Full control with bin locations and overstock.
- Fast and accurate picking process. We use carts where we pick into several totes for each picking session, and barcodes are used to verify.
- Fast packing process with another round of verification by scanning barcodes or confirming manually.
- Returns.
- Cycle counting.
- Statistics that greatly help when creating purchase orders. You can set re-order levels and amounts, saving you an incredible amount of time. ShipHero tells you how much you sold in the last 7/30/60/90/180/365 days.
- Lots of useful reports that seems to get better all the time.
- Amazing support!
If you ship anything above 50 orders per day and/or have lots of SKUs with the need for bin and overstock bin locations, the monthly cost is definitely worth it! Using this vs the standard Shopify shipping workflow is like day and night. We had another WMS before ShipHero aimed at larger retailers, so we have tried others, but we are getting faster and more efficient packing and picking with ShipHero.
Conclusion: Highly recommended!
My team and I had a seamless transition to Shiphero. I have been able to speed up all my processes to better scale my stores in our new warehouse. Friendly support team really cares about your success. Only complain is that I didn't use it sooner!
Its always been a great support and awesome platform since the time we started using ShipHero. Trust me i have been working on every inventory management tool, and i had a great deal of issues with sync of channels to the platform, with almost every tool. I have been using ShipHero from last 3 years for now, sync is quick, it just takes seconds to sync with shopify orders or inventory. And it works great with Amazon and eBay too. There are other platforms too like Magento, Woo commerce and Big Commerce, it works great with them too. Interface is really easy, informative, robust and works with iOS devices, that's really great.Reporting tools are also very handy.
Coming to support part, support team is really helpful, they understands the problem and fixes it promptly. Never faced a issue with regards to support.
All over its a Hero product of all. Great product.
Amazing App! Amazing support! This is by far the most efficient shiping and inventory option we have found. Love that you can run from Ipad intergrate barcode scanners for picking. Picking, packing and shipping orders is fast and efficient. It is not uncomon for us to pick, pack and ship orders in less then Three Minutes with the Shiphero System. Maintaining stocking levels, multiple vendors for same SKU, Kits etc are all a breeze.
Ship Hero also has the most responsive tech suport I've ever seen, a model that other vendors should learn from. With over a year of using ShipHerro, I can honestly say it's the most important app we have added to Shopify.
Ship Hero helps us organize and execute on our our subscription service with ease as well as handle our daily order volumes with precision. Automations are a very handy feature along with many other clever features that will help any growing Shopify site succeed.
ShipHero staff work together as a team to make my third party vendor integration seamless and functional in a matter of couple of days.
My third party vendor was not willing to spend time and effort to integrate with ShipHero due to their "budget". But ShipHero know how to make it happen quick. THis proves that ShipHero knows their customers' needs and third party vendors' databse well. If I were third party vendors, I would spend time and effort to make the integration happen quickly because it will help you and your customers - BUSINESS +CUSTOMERS SERVICE
