In addition to completely revolutionizing our order processing on the day to day, it really helped us make sense of restocking and employee monitoring. The team as bent over backwards to help us integrate, and has had very open ears to feedback for future features.
I don't see how any Shopify store can function efficiently without Shiphero.
Can't say enough about this place. Awesome folks to deal with. They will get you up and running fast and keep you shipping orders lightning fast. Inventory control across channels is great, and the purchase order system is Uber good. Always improving and adding features, you don't have to worry about becoming obsolete with these guys.
Super app makes handling several online stores super easy. Picking and receiving a purchase order is super magical! This app is working very well. Customer service is great.
Need to make better ->
- Not easy to update product data (CSV) - you think that you can update all product data with one CSV download? No that's too easy! There is 3 different CSV needed to download. Update cost, Update inventory value, Update Manufacturer SKU all these are in different places?
- Not easy to make purchase orders (Automatic is not good) Cannot make vendor base limit? System offer to order if you have even one product under the order limit.
- Not easy to make a transfer order -> You really need to remember all product name or SKU? No automatic, no product picture ... it's maybe just easier to call the main warehouse and make the order in a phone. It's funny that you cannot use the purchase order automatic in transfer orders...
But these are a minor things the app is great and fix many problems in the warehouse. I think nowadays we have 0% mistake rate in picking thank Shiphero and of course our warehouse guys!

ShipHero has been an excellent next step for us as our company rapidly grows. Most notably, the customer service they provide is top-notch. Brett Oliveira, Mike Azimi, and Cathy Galvis all were fast to respond and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Migrating to this app was a big task and they made it easy and painless! ShipHero to the rescue. The app has a great UI, which makes it super easy to train our employees to use the new system. Our onboarding specialist was super helpful and a blast to work with. I will say it does seem like sometimes they will push new updates and sometimes those updates can cause the app to act a little buggy. Their support is good and they normally will have a fix or solution that day. Definitly I would say for small to medium size businesses this app is awesome.

This review is primarily for the ShipHero 3PL software. Before moving to ShipHero, we were fulfilling 5K+ orders/mo very manually—no SKUs or inventory tracking, manual 3PL billing for other brands we fulfill for etc. We evaluated several 3PL solutions to help us scale fulfillment our own brands, as well as build out a new warehouse to grow our 3PL company. We finally settled on ShipHero because of the full suite 3PL software they've built rather than using separate apps for what we needed. We scored with Brett Oliveira initially, and then Mike Azimi as our onboarding specialist, and he was AMAZING to work with. The onboarding was super smooth, and we're now shipping 7K+ orders/mo for several brands from our first warehouse running ShipHero within a matter of weeks. Some specific things we really appreciate about ShipHero 3PL software: - Kits! We can create a kit SKU and assign multiple items to be picked/tracked as components in different locations in the warehouse.
- The efficiency of the picking flow through the warehouse.
- Replenishment reports for optimizing our team to restock pickable locations.
- Using Purchase Orders for receiving inventory is super streamlined, and makes it easy for our team to be efficient.
- The whole iOS/scanner implementation makes it easy to onboard new employees and make them productive immediately.
- Custom orders statuses that we can use to have pickers focus on specific 3PL brands.
- Order automation rules for adding SKUs to orders based on the product SKUs (e.g. adding ring box SKUs to ring orders, necklace pouches to necklace orders, etc.)
- 3PL billing! We haven’t even scratched the surface yet of all the detailed levels of billing you can apply to your 3PL customers - per pick, n+ picks, bins used in the warehouse, cubic storage used, etc. GREAT STUFF!
- There’s bound to be more things here as we explore the software further. The big selling point is that they use their own software in their own warehouses which means they dogwood their own features before providing them to us 3PL software customers. Before we started with ShipHero we visited their Allentown warehouse and got a ton of ideas for how to implement our warehouse layout and workflows. We still have yet to nerd out on Xbox Kinect for our packing stations, but they even have a KB article when we have some time :) We’d definitely recommend ShipHero if you’re looking to scale your 3PL company and want a SAAS solution from a growing company that is continually building features that help you grow with them.

*What do you like best about ShipHero?
Having attentive staff that quickly answers and fixes questions related to their platform. I have had numerous 'issues' and very few ended up requiring extended amounts of time to fix. Most issues are resolved the same day.. I really thank the staff for making Ship Hero an easy product to work with.
* What do you dislike about ShipHero?
Not being able to schedule reports to be be run at a certain time or on demand. In a given day I could download 20 or more reports as we have multiple clients and reporting requirements.
In an ideal world I could kick off a custom job to pull all this data without having to go to each interface, wait while this loads and downloads..
Having used Shipstation, Stitchlabs and several others before ShipHero, I cannot recommend ShipHero more highly.
ShipHero is a complete system for running your ecommerce operation. It is powerful, the system is fast and it's reliable and accurate.
There are a ton of features in ShipHero that we did not expect to find, it's a pretty comprehensive solution.
If you're shipping more than 200 orders a day, you won't find better software to run your Shopify business than ShipHero.
