ShipHero makes the picking process so efficient and the platform is easy to use. Our team caught on very quickly & the app allows us to track where mistakes are being made so we can complete further training with that user. We love being able to track where the orders are in the shipping process. We found that ShipHero's support team was very responsive during onboarding, even helping us customize our invoice and an internal Ship to Store label. We definitely appreciate the level of support they've provided
I can't tell you how nice it is to be able to streamline shipping. The developers at shiphero have put in a ton of time to make sure shiphero works the way I need it to..
Can't recommend enough
We decided switch to ShipHero with the main goal of consolidating Inventory Management, Scan & Pack and Shipping into just one tool. We are very pleased with the results so far as ShipHero has positively impacted our productivity and inventory accuracy. With that said, The most value I have gotten from the switch has been their customer support, Mike was great getting us started during the onboarding process and Cathy is always there for us with outstanding support and availability. Thank you guys!

We switched from veeqo (not recommended) to shiphero and we love it very easy to understand . everything goes smoothly and fast. We had Mike & Joel as our teacher they will make sure everything is clear and they are very patient with you. If you have a problem you can reach out to them and they will work on it . We haven't run into any big issues yet so keep it going.

This is the glue between my sales channels and my warehouse. I was impressed by the automatic shipping confirmation email that includes tracking which is sent through shopify as soon as orders are fulfilled. I didn't even have to configure that. It syncs for free with Xero so now my accounting workflows are automated, too.
Amazingly easy integration with the most helpful support! This system has made us 10x more efficient. Can't rate it high enough!
ShipHero has been an integral service in supporting our brand to bring shipping back in-house. The onboarding process was straightforward and helpful. Our representative Mike Azimi is an incredible person with wonderful energy, and he guided us through the process and answered the many questions that we had. We also had the opportunity to meet Mike for an in-person training where he helped our team get up and running with the entire shipping process. After just a few weeks navigating inventory counts and bulk uploads, we’re seeing huge benefits from ShipHero and we’re on-track with our shipments processing smoothly. After over a year of searching and researching to find a robust, 2.0, inventory software management tool with 3PL features I had a friend recommend Shiphero. After a brief intro call I was intrigued, after the full demo I was blown away. Now, 1 month into our full integration and the software does what it says and more.
There is a level of thoughtfulness and organization that has gone into building Shiphero for the modern e-commerce business. From the sell ahead feature to the automation of shipping methods to every single field and feature. Shiphero allows us to create the rules that will help us continue to run an efficient warehouse without hindering our Sales and Marketing efforts.
Like any robust software there are nuances and tricks one must learn, but with patience and time even these nuances were well thought out and exist for a reason.
I also wanted to acknowledge the amazing support staff. Our account rep Matt has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions to help us as we learn the system. The customer service is hands down the most impressive I have ever experienced.
I am very happy and I have already recommended Shiphero to several of my friends in e-commerce.

ShipHero's functional features are exactly what all Ecommerce stores/shops need to run a organize and successful business. Once you are familiar with the platform and have all the functionalities tailored to your company's needs, the work flow becomes more fluid.
However, we hope to see a stronger on-boarding demo, maybe more youtube tutorial videos in the future. Setting up Shiphero is a process. It is discouraging to seek assistance and be sent a link to an article to resolve the issue. I think we can all agree that nowadays businesses run on immediate answers and solutions, this is the reality of the industry we all work in. Whether it is demanded by business customers or buying customers.
ShipHero support team has been AMAZING through the process. Not to discredit anyone on the team, but I would like to acknowledge AMANDA & MARTIN for providing great customer support. It takes TREMENDOUS PATIENCE to deal with 1000's of customers with countless questions & concerns on a day to day basis. These two have been exceptional and HOPE THEY BOTH GET RAISES!

Switching warehouse management systems is a scary proposition. Especially when you have millions in the warehouse and are going right into the busiest season. After about 6 weeks we went from signing a contract to being live. And now after only 3 weeks on the platform we are already saving time and money.
