It has been quite challenging to establish contact with Shiphero to begin using their services. The pricing structure seems unclear, and the tone of the sales call comes across as somewhat condescending. Additionally, communication has proven to be difficult. While the product itself may hold great potential, the initial experience in terms of trust and support has been disappointing.
Shiphero has proven to be an invaluable asset to our business, offering a comprehensive and user-friendly solution for inventory management and shipping.
