I had a painful experience trying to figure out how to set this add up, no good tutorials, no good youtube videos explaining how. After spending almost 3 hours on it, I found out that it was not worth it. I'm out of this trouble. My 7track.net tracking page will do the job.

The idea behind this app is to have the entire tracking management built within your Shopify store. The app lets you use your own email server to ensure your customers receive the live tracking emails in their inbox and not in their spam folder.
You seem to have got stuck in the SMTP configuration. We tried reaching you to help you with the configuration.
Also, the easiest way to obtain SMTP credentials would be to request your email provider.
