I have enjoyed using Shipmondo, however they made updates in 2023 that have broken the integration between Shipmondo and Postnord.
I'm unable to print out shipping labels using the desktop or web app because only less than half the label gets printed. I now have to manually download every shipping label to print it.
The customs forms are also broken if you have a shipment with lots of line items. A CN22 form with more than 6 line items starts to have the text overlap each other and becomes unreadable. A CN23 form only shows the first 5 lines.
I've contacted Shipmondo multiple times about these problems and have tried to work with their IT, only to be told that they would "get back to me." It's been about 2 months now and they still continue to be evasive and dismissive about the problems I'm experiencing.
I've begun to look for a new shipping service, but would much rather that they fix these problems because I liked Shipmondo otherwise.

We were disappointed to receive your negative review of our Shopify app. However, we would like to clarify that your review seems to be unrelated to the app itself.
We recently transitioned to an API integration with PostNord, which means that the issues you are experiencing are not related to Shipmondo. It is the carrier who generates both the labels and the CN22 and CN23 documents.
Please know that we are taking your concerns seriously and are actively in dialogue with the carrier to find a solution to this issue. Regrettably, we are currently unable to manage the documents ourselves, but we are eager to offer our customers the best possible service and are working diligently to resolve this matter.
