I looked at various apps roughly doing the same. Probably I will update this review once I have used it for a while. So far I can say that this is a serious app considering, even though I am not using this app to it's full potential (yet). For small companies this is the cheapest shipping solution. Using the platform is costing close the 0. When using their shipping agreements with UPS and DHL, no other broker can match the prices I get though their platform and NO subscription fees!! 0!! Besides using their agreements with UPS and DHL I am also using my own agreement with DB Schenker on their platform and in this case I pay only a very small fee for making the bookings through their platform. It took me a while to understand the platform and how to use it but they have very good help documents online. Even though I use at the moment only the tip of all automations, for sure I will in the future use the system more. Anyway, a good, solid platform at an incredible low price. Knowing what other platforms are asking, this one is unbeatable. Only thing I wished is a faster support via their chat app, but at this price point I am willing to wait for replies and dig through all support documents and when I could not wait, I called them and got help on the spot by very helpful and knowledgeable people! I have found 0 bugs in their system ( and I am good in finding them!). The only pity is that their platform is not yet compatible with a multi currency shop like ours, but that means only that I can not make a refund through their platform. The rest works, no problem. Still I give the platform a 5 star, I am sure this platform will get even better over time.

Virkelig fin kundeservice & nørder der står klar til at hjælpe én i mål med det lidt mere tekniske.. Jeg er fuldt ud tilfreds med både app/funtionaliteter.. Jeg bruger det sammen med en Shopify platform
This is an amazing app! But you have to know what the app is intended to do.
The app makes it possible to link the shopify store to the shipping companies so you can manage the orders and print the shipping lables from the differnt carriers, from one place! The support is really good. Sometimes it can take 15-20 minutes before they answer the phone, but when they do they always help out.
Shipmondo and Shopify works really well and seamless together. Before we settled on Shipmondo we tested out some of the competitors, but Shipmondo is by far the superior when it comes to ease of use and customer support. We sell to to 14+ countries in Europe and it was really easy to setup so it works perfectly with all our stores and marketplaces we operate on. Also a big applause to the Shipmondo support which have been really helpful when we had questions regarding API integration.

I was looking for an app that supported sweden (dhl & postnord) and that the customer could choose where they wanted the package to be shipped to (service point). After using it for some months, i must say the best thing about there service is the streamlined workflow! Talk about saving time (money) creating shipping labels and also much cheaper than using the solutions the shipping vendors offers. Now my staff in the store can handle shipping all the packages in no-time while also helping customers in the store no matter how much we are shipping that day.
The best support team I've ever met. The app works perfectly, and the Shipmondo-team is always ready to help with anything!
