Worked with 2 other fulfillment centres before switching over to ShipMonk. Couldn't be any happier, they're AWESOME. The level of service FAR exceeds any other fulfillment company I've worked with...and at a significantly lower price.

Our Happiness Engineer Matthew S. was brilliant assisting us with a recent issue we had. He was quick to respond and was able to answer all our questions, and the process went very smoothly. We are very thankful for his help.

Shipmonk has been a big step up from our previous 3PL partner, and a lot of that has to do with our happiness Engineer, Austin P. His attentiveness and knowledge surrounding Shipmonk software and protocol has been a huge asset. In the rare scenario where he doesn't know the answer to our question, he is quick to find it. I've talked to many 3PL's across the country and ShipMonk is one of the best i've seen! Their technology platform is top-notch; I especially love the fact that there is an embedded shipping calculator, so you can play with so many scenarios and get pricing. Oh, and their shipping rates are heavily discounted which opens the door for global sales. Highly recommend ShipMonk for all of your storage and fulfillment needs.

I have had absolutely amazing experience with ShipMonks' onboarding team. I am not a technical savvy and it was not easy for me to integrate the Shopify and other online stores. But their team provided outstanding support and help, immediate response.
