Unfortunately, that didn’t work out — and it quickly reminded us how great your company truly is. We brought our business back, and honestly, you’re even better than you were before.

We haven’t looked back since returning, and Anthony Presutti has been absolutely amazing. His support, professionalism, and dedication go above and beyond. We truly couldn’t imagine working with anyone else.

In the past, I experienced some issues with receivings, where stock has occasionally been lost, though it often turns up later, which can also be frustrating. I also encountered some billing inconsistencies with special projects that led me to adjust how I handle certain processes. However, I’ve noticed significant improvements recently, especially with customer service.

Customer service now responds much more quickly, and overall, operations seem to be running very smoothly. I appreciate the improvements and look forward to continued reliability with ShipMonk.
