In the past, I experienced some issues with receivings, where stock has occasionally been lost, though it often turns up later, which can also be frustrating. I also encountered some billing inconsistencies with special projects that led me to adjust how I handle certain processes. However, I’ve noticed significant improvements recently, especially with customer service.

I had a direct call with Kristy recently, who was incredibly responsive and helpful in addressing these concerns.
