Not at all recommended. Their ticket system is very poor. No proper customer support. Any Key account manager they will assign you will not solve your queries and issues for days and when you will ask for updates all you will get is an attitude. Not at all professional. Dashboard is clean and good but do not expect them to solve any of your issues. NDR system is poor, support is poor. Atleast 18 tickets pending from past 1 week and the same amount of tickets closed by providing a out of the context response and the best part no option to reopen or reply to those closed tickets. Save your time and save your energy and choose some other platform.

Kindly Please dont use just cause the pricing is low at start their services were really good, now its the worst kindly go through instagram no of complaint reels against them before you use. My orders was delayed by 45 days with no delivery and worst customer support and even the key account manager.

Worst shipping aggregator experience I have ever had.

Shipmozo suddenly blocked my account without any prior notice or valid reason. They held my wallet balance and several of my credit notes, which caused significant financial loss and completely disrupted my business operations.

Customer support was extremely poor and unresponsive. Despite repeated follow-ups, I received no proper explanation or timely resolution. The issue was only resolved after I raised it publicly on social media.

Holding a seller’s funds and credit notes without any justification is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

If you run a serious business, I strongly recommend avoiding Shipmozo. Unreliable service, poor customer support, and zero accountability. Absolutely not recommended.

Lost money to them.
Lost a few shipments as well, they couldn't find a reason to help, ghosted for weeks.

We used Shipmozo for 2 months and experience was no less than a HORROR SHOW!

This should be your last go to courier on mother earth. Period.
