Customer support is pathetic, they will close the case without any resolution.
They are just aggregators and don't hold and power in case of shipping delays.
Disappointing.
One of the most pathetic courier partner, worst customer service (they will just trash talk to you, hung up your call for no reason and then you keep calling them back), they will say no Volumetric weight on selected couriers but still give weight discrepancies and charges extra according to Volumetric weight. I have more then 40 discrepancies which they won't clear and more than 12 tickets ...
Best shipping partner, service is very good. And prices are also reasonable. Shipmozo has done tremendous job in short time of period. Team is very supportive, I hope service level remains the same.
