Random charges... additional shipping charges. (Got charged an additional $300 for a shipping label that I was charged roughly $110 the first time already) Yes you save a few dollars using this app but later on you get additional charges on shipments after looking through my account. Indicting weight or size of box are wrong. I have been shipping for over 5 years, and I always check my scales. I order my boxes from Uline and I purposely always leave the box size label outside so the carrier doesn't measure them. I have never dealt with this by using the Shopify shipping portal, which I will just continue using it. Not worth the headache.

Thank you for taking the time to post feedback. We completely understand that unexpected shipping adjustments are frustrating. Shipping rates on ShipNerd are obtained in real time from couriers based on the weight and dimensions provided by the shipper when creating a shipping label. ShipNerd has no way of knowing what customers are shipping, how the items are being packaged, and whether the weights and dimensions entered are accurate -- which is why we charge based on the courier audited weights and dimensions. Per the invoice you received, your shipment incurred 3 shipping adjustments: (1) The carrier audited your shipment to be larger then what you had indicated when generating your shipping label. (2) There was an address correction fee as the carrier had to add a unit / apartment number to the delivery address (3) You indicated that the package was being sent to a commercial address, whereas the delivery was to a residential address. If you feel any of these adjustments are incorrect we would be happy to try and dispute them with the carrier!

For full transparency, we’ve just emailed you a snapshot direct from our carrier invoice showing the adjustments which you were just charged for. Again, completely understand the frustration, but the shipping rates quoted on ShipNerd can only be as accurate as the information inputted to generate them.

This app saves me so much in shipping - without a doubt it has the best discounts you can find out there, plus it's free to install. Super easy to use with integration to Shopify. AND customer service is super friendly, helpful, and responsive. Would highly recommend!

I really enjoy using this app. Having the customer's information auto filled into the shipping page saves me time. Having it auto-filled also helps eliminate typo's that can happen when you do it manually. ShipNerd is a great company to work with - they are always helpful and considerate. Their prices are also great - If you ship I highly recommend you ship with ShipNerd!

Big Fan! Been using this app for over 1.5 years. We have several eCommerce platforms and they integrate very well saving time and money on shipping. Support is awesome and the "Nerds" are always available to help. Great for small to medium sized to large businesses to have flexibility and best pricing. The platform for shipping seems a lot more user friendly to non shipping experts like us. Would highly recommend.

You will save a lot of money on shipping with ShipNerd. On top of that the process is seamless and very easy to use. Steve is always there to help if you have any questions and is very patient! We have been using the service for a year and a half and never had an issue. Customer service is outstanding as everyone else has stated in these reviews proving to me that they care deeply about their business and that's who I want to deal with.

Highly highly recommend this app, especially to fellow Canadians who get killed by Canada Posts rates. I’ve save so much money, and it’s was more dependable and faster. We get so many messages from customers commenting how quick our shipping is. Couldn’t do it without ShipNerd.
