Shipoff: Shipping Offer

I am still learnign all thing Shopify and it is hard going at times. I have struggled to find a solution to being able to give my customers with a Dealer tag a discount on shipping, as ai have an automatic discount on products.

I downloaded this app and struggled with what turned out to be "issues I created" in the conditions. The support team were fabulous. They were so patient and kind as they worked through it with me.
once I fixed my errors it worked like a dream.

It looks fabulous and is super easy to grasp (once I fixed my errors).

Highly recommend!! Its clean, easy to use and does what it says it will. Alot of the apps I tried earlier did not.

This app is great works exactly as i need it too and when theres a missing feature they'll even add the feature on if possible, Siddharth is so helpful!

We have some "complicated" shipping rules which at some point seemed impossible to overcome and Sid managed to make them work. Very responsive and excellent support

Sid was great helping us set up a complicated shipping discount for a specific set of products! Our customers are more willing to spend the money for products when they know we're working with them to discount their shipping fees. Would recommend.

They provided excellent customer service. They set everything up for us and quickly responded and resolved issues that came up. We had custom requirements for shipping, and this company fulfilled all of our needs. Thanks to Sid for setting up the shipping and helping us out more than once!

The first time I experienced such impressive customer service. The team looked into my issue immediately. Instead of telling me "Sorry the function you need is not supported by this App." They built if for me! Twice!! Mind you, this was on a 3.99/Mo subscription fee and without any additional charges. I highly recommend this app (if its what you need) but more importantly, the developers.

This app is really helpful. We just started using it, and the customer service is really good. It would be great if they added more features, such as the ability to set a date range and a code option for discounts. Otherwise, it's affordable and great app.

This app solved the issue we face shipping from multiple locations, now we can keep reasonable shipping charges.

Maybe in the future can have more options like apply the discount direct to the shipping instead of the items.
