Shipoff : Shipping Discount

Great customer service - I'm not techy and was playing around with this app. Had trouble setting up the shipping methods and discounts and their customer service team helped promptly. And now I can finally offer the shipping discounts I want!

The only app that I was able to use to fix the Shopify issue of combining shipping costs when using multiple shipping profile.
