Sid was great helping us set up a complicated shipping discount for a specific set of products! Our customers are more willing to spend the money for products when they know we're working with them to discount their shipping fees. Would recommend.
We were able to get the discount code working, which was not possible through Shopify’s own system. The support team was very helpful in getting it to function correctly.
