Cavalry has made my life so much easier. Having a lean team on our company, it's great to know we have Cavalry offering customer support 24/7 in real-time. It has a higher CSAT than our previous outsourced agency while also being much more affordable.

While we’ve tried other simpler AI tools previously, we were looking for a partner specialized in retail to help automate the most tickets possible as we have a lot of complex issues. We are happy to have found a true partner with Cavalry.

Shipped AI has been phenomenal at supporting us through our AI CX journey. I appreciate their willingness to listen and adjust and help figure things out as they arise.
