Anthony Cantabrana provided exceptional customer service! He was incredibly helpful, answered all my questions thoroughly, and was always available to take my calls. His support made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Even though we didnt end up using the app it was Five-star service—I truly appreciate his help!

Lots of options for customization, and an easy solution for offering shipping options via multiple carriers. Their support team gets things done if you need assistance as well. Thanks ShipperHQ for helping us get things all sorted out as we move over to Shopify!

Do not trust - they avoid cancelling your subscription despite following their cancellation procedure.

I tried subscribing to ShippeHQ for my store which wasn't suitable for us. We claimed the 15 day trial and almost immediately tried cancelling by contacting the app's support to cancel the plan, as per their instructions for their app.

Anthony Cantabrana advised I should fill out a form here

which states "Please contact CustomerSuccess@ShipperHQ.com at least 3 days prior to the next bill date to request cancellation. A team member will reach out to you within one business day to confirm your cancellation."

We followed these instructions and have still been charged. I have emails proving my correspondence.

App in question: ShipperHQ: All-In-One Solution

If you want an app which is a pain to cancel, this is the no.1 winner in my opinion.

I have been a customer for over ten years. I started using them way back when they only made an app for Magento. It just works, and frankly, I do not believe there is a better app to do the job. Shipping is complicated so the key is in your setup, but once you get it up and running, you will never have to think about it again.

The native Shopify shipping calculator was just not robust enough for our needs. ShipperHQ was a blessing as we were to put shipping rules in place that took into account dimensional weight, multiple origins, and select carriers. Their support helps you through the way to make sure you are calculating the most accurate shipping rate possible. I definitely recommend!

Before using ShipperHQ we were losing around $1k/month on oversized shipments because we couldn’t get the dimensions and product packing to reflect how we were actually shipping, and that was causing up charges from our carrier. ShipperHQ’s dimensional packing feature helped us define exactly how we are packing our oversized and bulky products so that we weren’t over or undercharging customers. We could enter all of our boxes and assign them to specific products with rules for how we pack them. Now our rates are much more accurate. We don’t have to worry about under or overcharging customers no matter where we ship domestically or internationally. We have also been able to offer free shipping on select products and use the delivery date and time feature to show our customers estimated delivery times in the checkout and that’s given us a real competitive advantage. Definitely saving with ShipperHQ, and customer service was really responsive and helpful in getting things configured just right.
