Not only is this a great shipping app with endless options and customizations, but their customer service goes above and beyond. There is a learning curve with ShipperHQ for sure, but Ryan Monk is always so helpful and responds quickly with any of my questions or confusions, takes the time to walk me through the steps and teach me, or even better will just go in there and make the adjustments for me. Do not trust - they avoid cancelling your subscription despite following their cancellation procedure.
I tried subscribing to ShippeHQ for my store which wasn't suitable for us. We claimed the 15 day trial and almost immediately tried cancelling by contacting the app's support to cancel the plan, as per their instructions for their app.

We followed these instructions and have still been charged. I have emails proving my correspondence.

If you want an app which is a pain to cancel, this is the no.1 winner in my opinion.
