I have a specialized product with a ton of extra shipping rules and I could not do what I do without Shipper HQ. Love these guys.
Our company has used ShipperHQ for many years now, dating back to our site launching on Magento 1.9. We're now on Shopify and continue to be impressed with their technology. What I like the most about ShipperHQ is the ability to create rules that give us an incredible amount of control over what rates are shown and when. Stuff like No Fedex Home if its a PO Box or to AK/HI/PR, blocking certain items from shipping to certain locations, the ability to "tweak" pricing with adjustments. It gives you so much control.
Excellent support if you have any questions or experiencing an issue. Quick, reactive and available to help fix or troubleshoot.
