ShipperHQ: All‑In‑One Solution

I've used ShipperHQ at multiple companies because of their ability to implement complex shipping logic (both on Shopify and Magento). It's crucial to show our customer the estimated delivery day at checkout, which is dynamically displayed based on MY business's shipping rules (same-day shipping cut off, blackout days, day of the week they order, etc) coupled with the carrier's real-time API. Their support team is very accessible and thorough. They are also open to adding features and functionality to their roadmap with a good use case! I could NOT do ecommerce without ShipperHQ.

Lewis Kennedy from Support was such a fantastic help and crucial in fixing our shipping rate errors, he figured out what the problem was (not ShipperHQs problem either) and showed me step by step his process of what is causing the issue and how to solve it. Not just a great asset for ShipperHQ but Lewis is a great human, always willing to help me and doing it with the most positive attitude, it really goes a long way as I NEVER leave reviews, so that is saying something. ShpperHQ provides a simple interface to the complex problem of different types of shipping. We use ShipperHQ for their advanced features for dimension shipping that helps control our cost and be able to ship from multiple warehouses based upon where our inventory is located. Our setup was a little complicated, but their customer service staff was very helpful in setting up the shipping rules we needed.

Was easy to set up and customize based on our store's needs. Always had great customer service when we had any questions. The delivery date & time additional feature was also a great bonus!!

We've been using ShipperHQ for years, first with Magento and now Shopify. It handles our oddball shipping requirements smoothly, and the ability to test rates has made troubleshooting easy.
We've needed almost no technical support with the Shopify app, but when we needed it for Magento the ShipperHQ team was very helpful and responsive. It's one of the few must-have apps for our store.
