Small business owner here. This app was so easy to install! Their design is outstanding! Usually 3rd party apps are clunky and they don't blend well with custom websites' themes. Zipprover felt like it belonged to our theme. Perfect integration and outstanding live chat customer service. Not the one you have to wait 1 day to get a reply. Good job guys!

The team was really helpful to make some custom changes for us. They moved the app just above the 'add to cart' button in the product page and also put some restriction on customers from unserviceable areas to make a purchase. Thank you Zipprover!

Great app you can use to show customers what postcodes are provided with free shipping. Professional design

I'm still in my free trial period but so far this app is doing everything it needs to do. The support in getting set up is great. The bubble at the bottom that allows users to pull up the zip checker on their own was originally overlapping with my Shopify inbox bubble, but I was able to move Shopify inbox to the left and now they sit perfectly together in the site. I recommend this one for sure! It was the only one I could find that allows a user to check their zip before they get to the product and cart pages, which is what I needed. You don't want to be filling your cart and then realizing the company doesn't ship to you. Well done shopsappers!

We have a big ticket product which we only deliver ourselves - so it's important for our customers to find out if we can deliver to them. This app was just what I was looking for. And when I needed a little bit of a tweak to it, customer support got it done in minutes. Great to work with and an excellent app.

I've been trying to contact support for weeks and this week the app stopped working, I can't edit anything, we have customers from new areas that we want to add to the list of zip codes but the app doesn't work. We are losing customers!
